04Intellectual and industrial property
PRINTE3D's own designs, logo, trading name, photographs, texts and website code belong to their owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or used commercially without written authorisation.
The scooter brands and models mentioned on the website belong to their manufacturers and are named only to indicate part compatibility. PRINTE3D is not affiliated with or sponsored by those manufacturers, and its accessories are not original parts.
05Links to other websites
The website links to third-party services: Stripe's payment gateway, PayPal, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and PRINTE3D neither controls nor is responsible for their content.
06Liability
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors. Photos are for guidance: with custom parts, the final result depends on the options you choose.
We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults or causes beyond our control, nor for damage resulting from use of the website contrary to this notice.

08Governing law and jurisdiction
